1. Apply a generous amount of foam to a tanning mitt and use circular motions to spread evenly.
2. Take extra care around hands, feet, wrists, and knuckles; buff these areas thoroughly with excess tan on the mitt.
3. Leave to develop for 6-8 hours before washing off the guide colour.
